CAPACITY AND CAPABILITIES

The factory was built in 2008. It is located in the village of Poroyno, 3 km from Dulovo, on an area of 15,520 sq.m.

The latest expansion of the factory is from the summer of 2015: a newly built hall with an area of 2,330 sq.m. It houses a receiving shaft with a capacity of 100 tons and the most modern and efficient seed cleaning line with a length of 37 m. In 2016, the seed cleaning, calibrating and processing line was upgraded by replacing the pre-cleaning machines and adding 2 photo-sorting machines, all of the latest technology and operating with extreme precision.

The location of the factory is logistically extremely convenient. On the one hand, it is located in the heart of the most fertile part of Bulgaria and on the other hand, it is close to Varna, the main seaport of Bulgaria. It is also located near Ruse, the main port on the Danube River. The location of the factory makes it easily accessible to customers from neighboring countries.

Trucks with raw materials are accepted after weighing on a scale at the factory entrance. The scale can weigh up to 60,000 kg. Products are loaded and unloaded from trucks and containers using three front-end loaders: one front-end loader and two forklifts. To facilitate loading and unloading operations, conveyor belts up to 8 m long are also used.

There are two main production lines and they are built with the most modern, efficient and high-capacity machines.

One production equipment is for processing, calibrating and cleaning raw materials with a purity of over 99.90%. The finished packaged products are of excellent quality, which is the leading factor in sales today.

The second production equipment is for roasting, salting, flavoring and packaging seeds and nuts. The finished packaged products are of excellent quality and taste, which makes them popular and sought after.

Today, the most important factor in the sales of leading manufacturing companies is QUALITY. That is why in recent years, BRATIA PEPECH EOOD has invested in excellent machinery and equipment, and offers exceptionally high quality products. The entire process of cleaning and calibrating the product is organized in such a way that the raw material passes through a series of machines until the final product is obtained. The average capacity of the production line is 5 t/hour depending on the product being processed.

BRATIA PEPECH LTD has ensured maximum optimization of the work process. The incoming raw material is inspected and qualified, with particular attention paid to the moisture parameter. A product that does not meet the accepted parameters is not accepted. The seeds are weighed on a scale located near the receiving shaft. Then the raw material is poured into the receiving shaft, which has a capacity of 100 tons, and cleaning begins. The product passes through 2 pre-cleaning machines, two Excell 308 plus calibration and cleaning sieve machines, a stone-separating machine, a pneumatic table, two photo sorters and a packaging machine. The calibration area of the two sieve machines is 34.3 sq.m and this allows for excellent precision in the calibration and cleaning of the finished product. The finished product is stored on the pallet and loading of trucks and containers is facilitated by the built ramp. The company's policy is to prepare the product one or two days before the expedition.
